Anxiety & Panic Attack

Stress is part of an active everyday life and it is actually essential to keep us on schedule. When the level of stress is very high and it is prolonged it has the potential to cause the individual to become overwhelmed, leading to unmanageable anxiety. This anxiety may manifest itself into Anxiety attack or Panic attack by becoming very intense and very sudden. These experiences are difficult to control and are disproportionate to an actual trauma. Anxiety can develop at any age and it can continue into adulthood or throughout life when left untreated. In therapy, we will collaboratively design a treatment plan to explore the onset of anxiety and its specific impact on your life to step towards healing and to improve your psychological well-being.
